HYROX Technique Workshop 1 - Saturday 7/19
Join us from 8am to 10am to improve your technique at HYROX events 1 - 4: ski erg, sled push, sled pull, and burpee broad jumps. Working harder is always great, but let’s make sure we’re working smarter too! You’ll have plenty opportunity to practice what you learn and explore which technique options work best for you.

HYROX Simulation - Thursday 7/31
Want to prepare yourself for what it feels like to do a HYROX and see if you’re ready for the real thing? Want to spice up your weeknight with an incredible workout? Come test yourself (and bring a friend!). Event starts at 6pm and we will start participants in waves. Estimated time to complete 45-60 minutes.

Working harder is always great, but let’s make sure we’re working smarter too! You’ll have plenty opportunity to practice what you learn and explore which technique options work best for you.
