Sounds pretty simple, right. Strength is a class where we will explore a couple movements (example: squat & overhead press), and work on them to get you stronger. This class is unlimited in the tools that we use to help improve your strength. Don’t be surprised if you use barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells the same workout.
