The Kettlebell Pulling class focuses on the kettlebell “pulls”: Deadlifts, Swings, Cleans, Snatches, Pull-ups, Rows. Basically we emphasis working the posterior side of the body on these days. This class focuses on moving better and then using human movement skills to build and work on balance. You can expect to do dynamic and rhythmic stretches both standing and on the ground, some strength exercises both standing and on the ground, and plenty of movement. This class is for all comers. Any movement can and will be progressed or regressed to fit the person.
The all comers Kettlebell class is just that, the skill level of the class is dictated by who attends. Don’t confuse this with easy, this class will still work you.
