Functional Fitness VA

Sport and athletics have been part of my life since kindergarten and I’ve tried my hand at everything including soccer, baseball, hockey, track and field, swimming, cycling, triathlon, football, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu and long distance running. Whether it’s playing 5-on-5 with a team or running by myself, being active and staying active are key elements of my life. I discovered kettlebells in 2012 and found what I’d been missing while engaging in all of the different sports; strength .

The only way out is through.

Whether it’s passing a test, setting a personal record or achieving a goal, the only way to get there is with work. Hard work. My training style incorporates a combination of bodyweight movements and of course, kettlebells. With those tools in mind, I focus on helping clients increase strength, endurance and flexibility while also reaching a point where exercise and proper nutrition are not a yearly resolution, but a habit.
