I love being active! Sports have always played a huge role in my life, from little league through adult intramural leagues. While I love being in the gym, I also enjoy the physical and mental health benefits that come from hiking, paddle boarding, trail running and travel. Over the last two years I have become dedicated to improving my total body strength through powerlifting and kettlebell training. I’ve brought my  current deadlift one rep max is 500 lb., and my goal is to reach 550+ by later this year.  I want to help other people become stronger and move better through efficient and effective training processes. My passion is to make strength training accessible and fun for all!
