Move is a class revolving around moving, we know it’s an original name. This class focuses on the whole “Move Better.” part of our slogan. We will explore different ways to mobilize and stretch your body, then take the newer more flexible you into some movement patterns. Crawling, rolling, rocking, bending, hanging, squatting, lunging, are just a few of the patterns. Where this will differ from any other workout is that we will be steadily trying to improve the way you move and the “workout” will happen because we’re improving your ability to move. This class can be a great alternative to Yoga or Pilates while still being it’s own original class.
