Our Sports Performance Class will get you there. We work on what makes athletes better athletes; speed development, quickness, explosive power, reaction timing, coordination, muscular strength, endurance, and body awareness and control. Our work is not “sport specific.” We do not focus on basketball drills. We do not focus on football drills. We just make you a better athlete. Period.
In this group setting, healthy competition is welcomed and will allow the athletes to achieve an even greater level of fitness. Open to full team registration or individuals without a team. Classes can take place at our studio or we can come to you and your team. Contact us for details and availability.
