Swing by anytime between 10am and 12:30pm to hangout, set up an appointment with Kristin, or join in on the fundraising workout ($50 to participate, all going to the charity), and see if you can take home the top prize.
The workout will be timed and scored on total points earned in 3 lifts: TGU, Clean & Press (Push press or Jerk), and Snatch. You will receive 1 point per 4 kilos moved on each rep of each event. The TGU and C&P portions will be 3 minutes each separated by a 1 min rest, and the Snatch section will be 2 minutes. You will choose 1 weight to use for all three. The workout can be done anytime from 10:30-12, with the trainers taking their turn at 12.
There will be food, drinks, and door prizes!
