The Kettlebell Pulling class focuses on the kettlebell “pulls”: Deadlifts, Swings, Cleans, Snatches, Pull-ups, Rows. Basically we emphasis working the posterior side of the body on these days. That being said, we don’t totally ignore the anterior chain. We will still do a few presses, squats, ab work, etc., but our major focus will be on the pulls.
Just like all the other classes, this class also requires an intro session with one of our Certified Kettlebell Instructors before attending.
