Open House @ Functional Fitness VA

To celebrate and formally introduce new Partners/Trainers Joshua Davis and Doug Nepodal we are having an open house on November 23rd from 10am to 2pm.
We’ll also have Sports PT Lab, LLC and Kristin Sykes in the house fixing all your injuries and rehab issues.
In addition to food, drinks, and good people there will be a few demos & presentations during the open house, here is the schedule:
10:15-11am: BFR (Blood Flow Restriction); What, Why, How by Dr. Kristin Sykes, DPT
11:15-11:35am: Simple Programming For Big Strength Gains by Doug Nepodal
12-12:30pm: Juggling some Kettlebells by Kavon Atabaki
12:30pm-On: Hanging out and having fun
