The all comers Kettlebell class is just that, the skill level of the class is dictated by who attends. Don’t confuse this with easy, this class will still work you. As with all of our Kettlebell classes the focus is on form and learning the movements correctly. Learning just so happens to involve moving the bell numerous times, so all the sudden you’ve got a great workout while learning and perfecting your movements the whole time.

Just like all the other classes, this class also requires an intro session with one of our Certified Kettlebell Instructors before attending.

Turkey Burner Workout @ Functional Fitness VA

It’s time to earn your dinner! Join us for our annual “Turkey Burner” class where we’ll get the workout in well before you have to hit the dinner table. This class will get you appetite up by burning any and all extra calories you have in your boy so be ready to work!
