This is your metcon, interval, fat burn, cardio blast, ultimate shred, etc, etc, etc. Where we get crazy is with the apparatus we’ll use to burn you up with. This class will use a mix of battling ropes, slam balls, spin bikes, rowers, your body, jump ropes, sledgehammers, human powered treadmills, and anything else we can find to get the job done. Class will start with a 4-7 min warm-up, then blast through 18-22 min of the hard work, and end with 4-7 min of a slumped over tired cool down.
To attend the advanced class you must have worked up to the single kettlebell snatch with us. This means you’ve been through the progressions and regressions for the “core 6” lifts and are ready for some new movement challenges.

The Building up your Basics class focuses on the foundational movements of Hardstyle kettlebell practice: The Swing, Deadlift, Plank, Goblet squat, Turkish Get-Up, Press, and assisting movements to help and improve the basic lifts.
This Class is great for anyone who has swung a bell, anyone who has never swung a bell (but been through our intro workout), and everyone in between. Give the body a great, useful workout while perfecting the building blocks of Kettlebell movement.

Move is a class revolving around moving, we know it’s an original name. This class focuses on the whole “Move Better.” part of our slogan. We will explore different ways to mobilize and stretch your body, then take the newer more flexible you into some movement patterns. Crawling, rolling, rocking, bending, squatting, lunging, are just a few of the patterns. Where this will differ from any other workout is that we will be steadily trying to improve the way you move and the “workout” will happen because we’re improving your ability to move. This class can be a great alternative to Yoga or Pilates while still being it’s own original class.

It’s all about the Barbell, well mostly, your body has something to do with it as well. This class is meant to get you stronger, period. We will focus on the classic barbell power moves: Squat, Overhead Press, Bench Press, and the Deadlift. There will be appearances by other strength increasing movements such as pull-ups and rows, maybe a plank here and there, but the stars of the show will be those barbell power movements.
If you want to learn the barbell movements, get better at them, or just get stronger, this is the class for you.

The all comers Kettlebell class is just that, the skill level of the class is dictated by who attends. Don’t confuse this with easy, this class will still work you. As with all of our Kettlebell classes the focus is on form and learning the movements correctly. Learning just so happens to involve moving the bell numerous times, so all the sudden you’ve got a great workout while learning and perfecting your movements the whole time.
