The Back to Basics class focuses on the foundational movements of Hardstyle kettlebell practice: The Swing, Deadlift, Plank, Goblet squat, and assister movements to help and improve the basic lifts.
This Class is great for anyone who has swung a bell, anyone who has never swung a bell (but been through our intro workout), and everyone in between. Give the body a great, useful workout while perfecting the building blocks of Kettlebell movement.
