This class focuses on moving better and then using human movement skills to build and work on balance. You can expect to do dynamic and rhythmic stretches both standing and on the ground, some strength exercises both standing and on the ground, and plenty of movement. This class is for all comers. Any movement can and will be progressed or regressed to fit the person.
